Scoop: Memorial

Scoop died today, April 17th 2008, at 4:02 pm in room number 3 of the Lisbon road Animal Hospital. He went bravely with friends around him. His kidneys were failing due to an unknown toxin. He will be missed.

 

 

 

 

Emergency Room Visits

Scoop, a cat in my household, was having seizures this morning. I had to run around to two vets, an emergency doctor and his primary physicians to get him the care he needed at 7 this morning. I’m very tired. I had just come home from work when I found out about his ailments. I will be getting a phone call this afternoon with information about him. Hopefully they will have a diagnosis. Sick cats don’t leave me in a very peaceful state.

 

2:15  He is suffering from kidney failure. Aparently he ingested something toxic. He will be spending the night at the emergency clinic having his system flushed. There is a chance that will clear it up. There would be more they could do for him if he had been taken in earlier…
